The location is perfect for getting around town, just a flat 1.5 km walk to the athletics track. The staff members are incredibly helpful, speaking English fluently and always ready to assist with taxi bookings. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfy layout that made it easy to relax. The gym was another highlight, offering great equipment in good condition. I faced some issues with the shower drain, as it overflowed during my stay. I tried explaining it to the room service staff but didn't get the help I needed. Unfortunately, I also had a run-in with a taxi service the hotel arranged, where our luggage was pushed by a stranger inside the terminal. It felt uncomfortable and unplanned. Despite these issues, breakfast choices were fantastic, with a variety that set me up for the day.

It's just a short stroll to the lively Centro Comercial Ferial Plaza at just over 1 km away, and even closer, around 500 meters, there's the charming SuperTaco Guadalajara where I enjoyed some tasty local flavors.

The staff were extremely warm and attentive. After a long day of exploring, coming back to a comfy bed and a nice shower felt so refreshing.
It wasn't cheap for what I expected but overall, it was still acceptable.
